We are committed to facilitating access to services and spaces for guests with disabilities and to providing reasonable adjustments where necessary.

- avoiding any stigmatising words or behaviour and prioritising inclusive, non‑discriminatory language

- maintaining professional, respectful appearance and conduct, suited to the prestigious setting of our establishment

- being attentive to the needs and preferences of our guests and adapting with care and consideration

-  immediately reporting any incident of discrimination, harassment, or breach of these values, and cooperating with the property’s internal procedures

-  working in a mindset of mutual support and cooperation, free from bias.

3.  Commitment and display

This Code will be displayed in public areas and communicated to all staff members. Each department is responsible for implementing these principles in its daily activities and integrating them into operational procedures.

Managers, heads of department, and team members formally commit to complying with this Code and promoting a culture of inclusion.
